Sip & Savour 2027 – Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Sip & Savour 2027, one of the signature events of the Vernon Winter Carnival! Join us Friday, February 12, 2027, from 6–11 PM at the Creekside Conference Centre in Vernon, British Columbia, for an evening of great flavours, local connections and community celebration with hundreds of food and beverage enthusiasts from across the Okanagan.

New for 2027: Carnival is covering the cost of all alcohol served!
Instead of asking alcohol vendors to supply complimentary product, the Vernon Winter Carnival will purchase all alcoholic beverages poured at the event. You focus on showcasing your products and meeting new customers; we’ll take care of the rest.

Before You Apply

Alcohol vendors: $500 per table. Vendors must be licensed/registered to sell alcohol in British Columbia. Includes one 6 ft display table, two chairs, and access to ice and water.

Food & non-alcoholic beverage vendors: $250 refundable deposit to hold your space, refunded after the event upon participation. Vendors supply their own tasting products. Includes one 6 ft display table, two chairs, and access to ice and water.

Optional booth hosting (alcohol vendors): $100. Can’t make it to Vernon? Ship us your display materials, signage and setup instructions, and our team will set up your booth and serve your products for you.

Out-of-town vendors: One complimentary hotel room per vendor for those travelling from outside the Vernon area.

Tastings: Guests exchange tasting tokens for samples at all booths.

No on-site sales. You’re welcome to take orders, share promotional materials and let guests know where to buy your products after the event.

Make it yours: Branded signage, promo materials and creative décor are encouraged!

Registration closes December 18, 2026. Space is limited, so we encourage you to apply early. Submitting this form does not guarantee a spot. Our team will review applications and follow up to confirm your registration and payment details.

Participation Details & Requirements

Vendors provide tastings in exchange for tickets purchased by attendees.

Each vendor booth includes: 1 table (6 ft), 2 chairs, ice/water access, nearby waste & recycling.

Vendors are responsible for supplying their own signage, display materials, and serving equipment.

If offering food, vendors must have all cooking prepared off-site, the venue is for keeping items warm only.

Food vendors must comply with Interior Health food safety requirements.

Booths must be fully set up at least one hour prior to the event start time.

Each vendor must have at least one representative at their booth for the duration of the event., unless arranged prior for VWC to pour and represent on your behalf.

Food & Non-Alcoholic vendors are expected to bring sufficient product to accommodate tastings throughout the entire evening.

Alcohol vendors must ensure staff are Serving It Right certified and that all service complies with BC liquor regulations.

By signing, you agree to comply with all event guidelines, liquor & food safety laws, and remain for the full event.

Participation is subject to approval by the Vernon Winter Carnival Society.
