From February 6–15, 2026, participating restaurants across Vernon, Armstrong, and Coldstream will each feature a Showdown poutine, a signature Caesar, or both. Diners simply visit the venues, order the special creations, and taste their way through the competition at their own pace over the 10-day run.

After sampling, guests head online to cast their votes for their favourites, helping decide the People’s Choice winners in both categories. Meanwhile, a panel of judges will also visit select locations to score entries on flavour, creativity, and presentation to determine the Judge’s Choice awards.

The results? Winning restaurants take home bragging rights, media exposure, and prizes — while diners get a delicious reason to explore the North Okanagan, one poutine and Caesar at a time.
